Balaji Youth

The Balaji Temple is the fertile ground on which the Balaji youth as saplings grew steadily and who have the roots of an ancient heritage and had the fine manure of inspirational and spiritual education in their residential camps. We are certain that the Balaji Youth will blossom out in colourful flowers with a spiritual fragrance, ripening to produce fruits of achievers and role models as we view the present Balaji youths as our potential leaders who will successfully retain the ancient values and culture of the Hindus.

The upcoming Winter Youth Camp at the Balaji Temple is a wonderful opportunity for young people to immerse themselves in the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita. Led by Swamini Chidekarasananda (learn more at Arsha Dipa), the camp will explore the Gita's teachings for modern times, focusing on managing the mind and living through the principles of karma yoga. Swamini will guide sessions on Vedic chanting and lead uplifting kirtans and bhajans. She will be joined by Jude, a traditional yoga teacher, and supported by our Temple team, who will host ice-breaking activities, games, sports, and storytelling from the Mahabharata. The camp aims to share the wisdom and light of the Rishis and the rich traditions of Sanatana Dharma with all youth, regardless of their background. It’s also a wonderful opportunity for participants to connect with peers and enjoy uplifting, sattvic activities.
